Increased my pec deck but I got totally owned on the bench press. Got absolutely no power on the push......probably should be resting more. My head hurts as I type. Did deadlift 205lbs using a barbell. I'll probably keep it that way and use the hammer strength squat for squats only. Increase in the pulldown which I like. So long Louisville, thanks for messing up my brackets LOL
