Post Weekend Yackery

Leg Curl 80/8

Calf Raises 160/15*2

Standing Crunches 35/8

Increased the weight on both the leg extension and the Hammer squat. Leg Curls have it a snag so I plan to maintain the weight for the other exercises and increase the weight for the leg curl. Hopefully I can manage a minimum 6 repititions next week. I increased the amount of reps on my calf raises. I plan to take it to 20 reps next workout before I increase the weight to 180 lbs.

My March Madness brackets took a huge hit over the weekend when Wake Forrest was eliminated. I had them going to the elite 8......I actually trail my brother in points who picked his teams based purly on seed...maybe not such a bad idea.


Hmmmm...play in the tourney or become a barber LOL



The lose of Wake Forrest may have buried my hopes of winning in my bracket pool. I'm in a pretty deep hole...

The Yellow Cichlid in my tank has begun to chase Gustav around. Hopefully it is nothing long lasting or serious. Gustav would then retreat to the lighthouse and from there, he would attack the Yellow Lab from the safety of his hideout.

Finally tried out Street Fighter 4. The graphics on this game is amazing. The controls are simple and the overall experience is very similar to the old SF games. Usually, this may be a negative, but in this case, the familiarity helped in the overall gameplay. Not much replay value from a single player standpoint but great for multiplayer.
